Hello everyone, First and foremost, if you currently have an order in progress, please don’t worry—your order is still being fulfilled. You will receive an email update with all the details, so please keep an eye on your inbox. With that reassurance in place, I do need to share some important news: the shop is currently closed temporarily. This wasn’t an easy choice, but it’s become necessary due to the high volume of orders, along with the stress of managing them all while maintaining the quality that every customer deserves. I also want to be transparent that part of this decision comes from experiencing a growing number of disrespectful interactions. While so many of you have been incredibly kind and supportive—which I am endlessly grateful for—there have also been moments where communication has been unnecessarily harsh or discouraging. These types of interactions make it harder to keep things running smoothly and can really take a toll when balanced on top of a heavy workload. I kindly ask that when reaching out to any small business—whether mine or another—you keep in mind that there is a real person on the other side. Questions and concerns are always welcome, but expressing them with patience and respect allows things to be resolved more quickly and creates a much better experience for you and I both. This closure is not permanent—it’s a pause. I need this time to catch up, reduce stress, and ensure that when I reopen, I can continue offering the level of care and service that you expect.
